Hi Miguel @MultilingualBronxite could you please help to add 1 more hour of French session on Sundays, after the 15.00? Thank you!

Hi Miguel, could you please change the schedule as follows?

Friday
9:00 Japanese > cancel
10:00, 11:00 Persian > Japanese

The Persian session on Fridays is always empty so we usually continue our Japanese session until around 12:00. Now we’d like to start our session from 10:00 officially.

(If someone wants to practice Persian at this time, please contact me. We can go back to 9:00 then  )

Hi Takashi!

Sorry I’ve been away. I’ve been a bit busy, and I didn’t realize anyone posted recently. Hopefully the group was still happening at that time in the meantime. I’ll make the edit.

Hello!

Feel free to send me an up-to-date schedule for on-going exchanges/activities and I will make sure that they are added to the programme for this year. There is no need to interrupt the regular stuff going on and you may well get more people who will continue with you regularly after the conference too.

All the best,

Richard

Good idea. The schedule that all of us made is updated to the recent meetings happening. However, not all of the meetings on the schedule are active anymore, but for those that still are, we want to ask everyone to post their active meetings in the Programme so that they can still happen during the Conference.

The Thai sessions on Fridays & Sundays are still active :grinning:

It’d be great if we can continue these at the usual day and time during the conference

I know that the German meeting on Thursday is still happening.

It’s still possible. Simply submit the sessions into the Programme request form, and they surely will show up in the Programme, at the same time as the regular sessions.

Korean on Sundays and both French practices are still happening

Zsir!

I’ve submitted forms to add the regular Hungarian and French meetings to the Conference program. Let me know if there’s other regular meetings that are happening, so that we can submit Programme request forms. You can also submit these requests yourself.

Hi, could you please change the schedule on our spreadsheet as follows?

Friday
Japanese
10:00, 11:00 → 9:00, 10:00

Saturday
13:00 & 14:00
Chinese (not active) → Korean

17:00
Korean → cancel

The new time of these regular sessions is already on the conference programme. Thanks.

Submitted. I saw that there was already another session on the Programme, but I guess that this meeting is only a one-time meeting during the Conference.

It’s done, and it’s noted on the Programme as well. Haha
