I’m in the forum, so the platform recognizes my registration and email, but can’t access the live environment. When I try to change the password, the response is “user not found”. I’m confused. I’d really like to participate (having taken today off for that purpose)…HELP!

Have you registered to the live environment after you bought your ticket?
Registration to the forum is different.

Yes the Forum and Live Environment must be logged into separately, but it’s advisable to use the same email when you register for both. Also I think before logging into the Live Environment, the Admin needs to approve your registration first, which in my case, took a couple of hours.

If you bought your ticket on eventbrite you got an email with the link where you can register. Then the organizers need to approve your registration.

There is a link to the live environment in the email from eventbrite after you registered for your ticket. Click the link to go to the live environment and then register for an account there.

I went through the normal Eventbrite process some time ago…I see a recent email with information about registering for the conference, but I already did that.

If you did, scroll all the way down till you reach this part:

You have to do 2 things. First, sign up for the forum (which you’ve obviously done successfully) and secondly, copy the link saying "https://2021/polyglotconference… and paste it on your browser. It will take you to a registration page for the Live Environment. Then register there.

If you’ve already done all that then just ignore my message :slight_smile:

Also I cannot see the regular Hungarian sessions and the 2 other I suggested. One would be tomorrow in the morning. Do you know anything about these things? I proposed them a couple of days ago. (I see the program is constantly growing and they are working on them, just want to know if you have any information about the process.)

I made a new post about the regular meetings that will happen during the Conference. The regular Hungarian meeting on Wednesdays is on the list. For the other ones, we’ll have to wait until Richard posts them.
