I believe if it is a one-time event for everyone and which will not be repeated weekly, I don’t think it would be added to the schedule. I think you would need to simply announce it under a separate post for everyone interested to see it.

Hi Miguel! I’d like to reserve the Venus room for Christmas day at 9:30 AM Montreal time (-5 GMT) until 11 AM. This will be for a global trivia game for an hour, and then additional half hour for anyone who wants to hang out and chat. Thanks, and congratulations!
