Super-fast sign-up/approval this time (though maybe I just got lucky by registering when an administrator was online!). Hard to believe it’s been a year since the last one, envious of those able to get to Cholula but very happy there is going to be an online version again, thank you!

Bought a ticket, signed up for an account in the LIVE environment and was surprised that it got approved less than 5 mins after I signed up. Really appreciate it and I can’t wait for this year’s polyglot conference global to start!

Hi, could you change the schedule of our Korean session on the spreadsheet?

Saturday 12:00, 13:00 → Saturday 14:00

Thank you

It’s a wonderful idea to continue keeping the community active and busy after the Earth Exchange rooms are no longer open! Utilizing the Venus Room as a hub for activity is a great thought, and an active, adjustable schedule would most likely be the best way to fit different time zones and lifestyles. Activities such as language meetups, presentations, and karaoke are a great place to start. It would also be useful to develop a common spreadsheet or calendar through which members could volunteer to organize or attend a particular event. With a 24-hour worldwide schedule, it is possible for everyone to take part at a convenient time, and having native speakers organize language meetups would provide actual value. Having regular meetings where the ideas can be shared and the schedule nailed down is most important, and it’s wonderful that all can participate in as many or as few as they’d like.
