Where is ticket's link?

@Paul_R False Alarm. Thought I was in because I got to the Planets page. As I tried to move further, I was stopped at a new sign-in page. This page does not recognize my email ID. Error msg suggests trying my User ID but when I do it says it must have an email ID. DeaD in the water again.

HELP!
