I tried to view the video entitled “How To Be Fluent In Chinese Stop Learning How to Write,” but was unsuccessful. I received an error message which stated: "“An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: zk57vH6DI2MqobMa).” I have tried multiple times over the past several hours to access this presentation, but continue to receive the same error. I have been able to watch some of the other videos successfully, just not this particular one. Is anyone else experiencing this error? If so, would it be possible for the technical support team to please examine this when time permits?
