Hello, everyone,

I’m so excited for this opportunity. I’m a “non-traditional” (politically correct euphemism for “old”) university student, so I’ve never had the chance to participate in the Polyglot Conference.
I came to the language game late, but I’m an eager student. Many of my friends say “I wish I had learned…”, as though it is too late. Let me tell you, it’s never too late.
I’m currently studying Spanish, Italian (B2 or B3) and French (A3) and hope to learn Russian, Greek and Japanese before the end of my days.

Amazing! I agree with you and it is never too late to learn something new! It is my first time participating in the polyglot conference as well and I am super excited. It is nice to “meet” you here. Mucho gusto! Piacere!

I agree as well. It’s never too late to learn anything. I have considered going to college now that my son is grown. I think it’s wonderful that you get to “attend” the conference. I’m excited to be a part of this whole community. Bienvenidos

@Tere Hope you learn Portuguese someday as well and I holpe we can practice languages together
