As we all like to promote this environment, screenshots have become a great way to show others that the site is still rockin, busy, and full of participants. I did it after I had my first event, and Tetsu encouraged it as well after the UTalk quizzes to promote them.
I did forget to add a simple rule for this after that day: Always ask your fellow participants for permission to take a screenshot of the current meeting, know if they are all okay with it, and let them know if it’s for promotion here in the forum or on the Polyglot Conference social media or on your social media to promote the Polyglot Conference. All other uses would be breaking rules. I tried to lead by example when I asked for permission, and I hope that everyone else will do the same.
