Hello,

It’s me, Larissa from Brazil! About me: Learning languages it is one of my biggest passions. I love to learn about new cultures and to make friends around the world and studying languages make it possible for me. I am super excited to parcipate in this year polyglot conference, I am looking foward to have amazing experiences and to meet people that love languages as much as I do.

My native or near-native languages: Portuguese
My C1/C2 languages: English
My B1/B2 languages: Italian
My A1/A2 languages: Spanish
I also want to learn or have started to learn: Japanese,Korean, Russian,German

Hi Larissa,

Just out of curiosity, why are you interested in Japanese and Korean?

I am actually learning them both too. Japanese (intermediate) and Korean just beginning at the moment.

Wonder what are the materials that get you excited about these 2 languages.

It’s a good question! I guess I just like what’s different. Japanese and Korean have a different writing system, which catches my attention. I also like to expend my perspectives, so Japanese and Korean culture has a lot for me to learn from. I just love conecting with people around the world and languages help doing that! :smiley:
