Hey everyone,
I’m Kai and I’m a student from Yorkshire, U.K. I heard about this last year and watched some talks so I can wait to participate in the event as it happens and meet more people interested in languages.
In the future, I would love to study language and culture more and more, and I’m planning to do a project at the moment on how foreign relations have shaped language use in Europe and the world throughout time to now (as an EPQ for the British people here). So I thought it would be a great way to get people’s insight on the topic being a multinational community here, and obviously to meet new people and learn.
I have loved learning about language and culture since being a child, always paying attention to global events and wanting to learn more about different countries 
. I’m currently learning Spanish (B2/C1), French (A2/B1) and Italian (A0-1), but hope to learn many more in the future.
I can’t wait to meet you and hope you’re all doing well.
