On 27th March we celebrate the International Day of Multilingualism. This day is to highlight that #MultiligualIsNormal and showcases people who use multiple languages in various aspects of their lives. During the #MultilingualDay we aim to celebrate across all time zones around the world with talks, conversations, language exchanges, games, quizzes and chats.
We welcome EVERYONE who is interested in multiple languages. Being multilingual is NOT a prerequisite to get involved. YOU are welcome!
-
We will use this thread to interact and ask questions in written form and to share links and interesting information.
-
We will use the LIVE ENVIRONMENT from Polyglot Conference Global to talk to each other in real time during the day itself. If you were at Polyglot Conference Global, then you can use your login from that to take part. If not, please register using this link to our Eventbrite page. Tickets are donation based and there is an option to apply for a free ticket, if you cannot make a donation.
-
We will publish a programme of events on the LIVE ENVIRONMENT Programme itself, so you can always see what’s coming up.
-
You can agree here if you would like to meet up when nothing else is happening during the programme to chat and hang out in the Moon Café.
Remember that to see the LIVE element, you need to log into the LIVE Environment. If you have not got a ticket, then you can sign up for a ticket here:
